NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure - In Rem dated October 27, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-002372-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-BC5, Plaintiff, and DAVID GITKOS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; CLEARBROOKE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BLACK POINT ASSETS INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1805 CLEARBROOKE DRIVE LAND TRUST; STAR POINTE CAPITAL, LLC AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1805CD LAND TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A SUJEET PILLAI; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A ALISHA ARATTUCULAM, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of January, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT UNIT NO. 1805 OF BUILDING 24, CLEARBROOKE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4193, PAGE 217, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
