YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Partition of Real Property has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher T. Constantinou, c/o Garth R. Goodman, P.A., 125 5th Street South, Suite 200E, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before 12/15/22, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 545 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The property sought to be partitioned is located at 4670 33rd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida and legally described as:
The West 90 feet of the North 166.5 feet of the South 333 feet of the East ½ of the West ½ of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 9, Township 31 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Less the North 30 feet for street purposes.
Also, less the South 8.5 feet thereof for alley purposes.
