ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFP
The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed Request for Proposals in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 4 p.m. local time, on February 1, 2023 for the purpose of selecting a firm for development of Tomlinson Site Teacher and Staff Housing in Pinellas County School District required for the general scope listed below.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School District invites proposals from private Respondents or development teams interested in transforming the Tomlinson School, located at 296 Mirror Lake Drive N. St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, into a residential or mixed-use community featuring housing options for District-employed teachers and staff. The District is searching for a Respondent with experience working with municipalities and/or public entities in developing residential or mixed-use sites, and whose proposed project would meet the Goals and Principles of the District and have a positive impact on the neighboring community and the City of St. Petersburg. Respondents are encouraged to seek and present creative legal and financial options that would benefit the District, the Respondent, and the future tenants of the development.
