NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 25th day of August A.D., 2022, in the cause wherein, Gateway 135 LLC, was plaintiff(s) and Rubenbauer Corporation and Alois Ryan Rubenbauer, were defendant(s), being Case No 11-5103 CI 020 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Alois Ryan Rubenbauer a/k/a Alois Rubenbauer and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
