NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 01, 2022 in Civil Case No. 53-2021-CA-003347 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-J is Plaintiff and Jose M Cruz, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of December, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 125.0 feet of the North 300 feet of the following Tract: Begin at a point 25 feet North 1818.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 27 South, Range 23 East; from said Point of Beginning run North 1274.61 feet; thence run West 436.07 feet; thence run South 1275.52 feet; thence run East 424.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; LESS AND EXCEPT the North 5 feet thereof for road right of way, all lying and being in Polk County, Florida.Parcel Number: 23-27-12-000000-023030
