NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of November, 2022 and entered in CASE NO.: 2018 CA 003743, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Bridgeford Crossing Homeowners' Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Dwayne Seymore and Nancy Brown are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on the 6th day of December, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
