BETTY M. LOURING, as trustee of that certain Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated 2-22-95; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2,

TO: BETTY M. LOURING, as trustee of that certain Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated 2-22-95, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Condominium Unit #1606, GROSVENOR, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 992, Pages 524 through 620 inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium and the exclusive right to the use of Parking Space 115.
has been filed against you and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on J. Todd Murrell, Esq. the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is The Murrell Law Firm, P.A., 1044 Castello Drive, Suite 106, Naples, Florida 34103, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
