YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation of a Personal Representative's deed and declaratory judgment regarding real property located in Charlotte County at 1110 Waterside Street, Port Charlotte, Florida 33952, and described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 1438, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 27, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 20A through 20F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Drew F. Chesanek, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before December 13, 2022 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
