NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 2022CA001281CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and KELVIN WILKES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELVIN WILKES; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 30th day of January, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 43, SEVEN OAKS PARCELS S-6B, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 107-115, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
