LEGAL:
Unit No. A-810, Cluster No. 8, SADDLEBROOK CONDOMINIUM No, 3, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1175, Page 484 and in O,R, Book 1188, Page 516 and being further described in the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 117 through 122 and in Plat Book 21, Pages 10 through 13, together with a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over and across the land described in O.R. Book 821, Page 1006 and in O.R. Book 839, Page 1763, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
A Foreclosure Complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiffs attorney, BRENTON J. ROSS, Esquire, 5550 w. Executive Drive, Suite 250, Tampa, Florida 33609 on or before 12/12/2022 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service upon the attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition:
