YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Discharge and Final Report have been filed in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756.
The names and address of the Co- Guardian Advocates are Babatola Durojaiye and Ijeoma Gloria Durojaiye, 3228 Everly Enclave Way, Charlotte, NC 28210, and the name and address of the Guardians' attorney are set forth below. The guardianship will be terminated in Florida because of the Ward's change of domicile to another state.
The Florida Guardian will be discharged. A Guardian of the Ward has been appointed in the State of North Carolina.
The names and address of the Foreign Guardian are Babatola Durojaiye and Ijeoma Gloria Durojaiye, 3228 Everly Enclave Way, Charlotte, NC 28210, and the name and address of the Foreign Guardian's attorney are Rebecca A. Daddino, 7421 Carmel Executive Park, Suite 214, Charlotte, NC 28226.
A Petition for discharge is pending in the Florida guardianship based upon the change of domicile of the Ward.
The guardian filed a Final Accounting and petitioned for discharge on November 2, 2022. If there are no objections, this matter may be resolved without hearing and the jurisdiction over this case will be transferred to the State of North Carolina in the General Court of Justice Mecklenburg County.
Any objections to the guardian's final report or to the petition for discharge must be filed with the clerk of the Florida court within the later of 30 days after service of these pleadings upon interested persons or the date of first publication of this notice.
Objections shall be in writing and shall specify the nature of the objections with particularity.
If a notice of hearing on the objections is not served within 90 days, any objections shall be deemed abandoned.
The date of first publication of this Notice is November 11, 2022.
