REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LEGAL SERVICES
BRIDGEWATER OF WESLEY CHAPEL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
BRIDGEWATER OF WESLEY CHAPEL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, located in Pasco County, Florida, requests submittals from firms interested in providing district counsel services, as may be required by the District on a continuing basis.
Interested firms should submit a letter of interest, which thoroughly describes its qualifications to provide district counsel services, along with:
1. A brief resume of the firm including, but not limited to: years in practice, number of attorneys, number of paralegals/assistants, areas of concentration and certifications;
2. A rate/fee sheet that covers hourly rates for items including, but not limited to: representation, contract review, research, consulting, and attendance at meetings; and
3. A listing of other Community Development Districts that the firm represents
Submittals shall be provided by 12:00 p.m. on December 21, 2022 to the attention of Tish Dobson, District Manager, by email to [email protected] (“District Manager's Office”) or delivered to Bridgewater of Wesley Chapel CDD, c/o DPFG, 250 International Parkway, Suite 208, Lake Mary, FL 32746.
