NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021 CC 007501 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF LA CASA, INC. is Plaintiff, and DONALD A. KAZI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD A. KAZI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
