NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 28, 2019 and Order Resetting the Sale granted on October 31, 2022, entered in Case No. 18-CA-009449 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGATE ASSOCIATION “FANNIE MAE,” A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff, and CHUL SOO HAN; SUNG HEE HONG; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; WILDEWOOD AT PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS' ASSSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants.
