NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 16, 2022 in Civil Case No. 21-CA-009840, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2017-RPL2 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CLARKE GOOLSBY, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CLIFF GOOLSBY, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on December 14, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 13, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
