NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on November 7, 2022 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of December, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:

(30 feet from centerline) run East 905.85 feet along the South boundary of said North 825 feet, thence South 0 deg. 05 minutes East, 100 feet for a Point of Beginning, continue thence South 0 deg. 05 minutes East, 125 feet, thence East 750 feet M.O.L. to a point lying 495 feet West of the East boundary of said Northeast 1/4, thence North 0 deg. 05 minutes West, 125 feet parallel with said East boundary of Northeast ΒΌ, thence West 750 feet M.O.L. to Point of Beginning.
