(30 feet from centerline) run East 905.85 feet along the South boundary of said North 825 feet, thence South 0 deg. 05 minutes East, 100 feet for a Point of Beginning, continue thence South 0 deg. 05 minutes East, 125 feet, thence East 750 feet M.O.L. to a point lying 495 feet West of the East boundary of said Northeast 1/4, thence North 0 deg. 05 minutes West, 125 feet parallel with said East boundary of Northeast ΒΌ, thence West 750 feet M.O.L. to Point of Beginning.
