Final Judgment was awarded on August 22, 2022 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-008757, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF LSRMF MH MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST II is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH P. KISER; BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE M. GREGORY; STEPHANIE A. KISER A/K/A STEPHANIE KISER; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
