NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2022, and entered in 2022-CC-074101 of the County Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LRG-3 Corp. is the Plaintiff and Silver Rock Two, Inc. as Trustee only under the SR-7120 Land Trust is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on December 8, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That part of Lot 8, Block 1, Village XVIII of Carrollwood Village, Phase III, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 4, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Being further described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of sale Lot 8; thence South 74 degrees 30'00” East, 163.04 feet; thence South 35 degrees 01'02” West, 21.42 feet to a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 190.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve 16.20 feet through a central angle of 04 degrees 53'02” (chord South 32 degrees 34'31” West, 16.19 feet) thence North 74 degrees 30'00” West 140.03 feet thence North 01 degrees 46'38” West, 37.36 feet to the Point of Beginning.
More commonly known as: 14224 Village Terrace Dr., Tampa, FL. 33624 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
