YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
The part of Littlegroves subdivision Unit A, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 9, at Page 13, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the West side of Lot 5 at the right-of-way line of Powell Drive and being 150 feet South of the Northwest (NW) corner of said Lot 5; thence run Easterly, parallel to the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 168 1/2 feet to a Point of Beginning of the land herein conveyed; thence continue Easterly, parallel to the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 68 1/2 feet; thence Northerly 150 feet more or less to the North line of said Lot 5; thence West 68 1/2 feet along the North line of Lot 5; thence South 150 feet more or less to Point of Beginning.

Orlando Ave, Suite 430, Winter Park, FL 32789, on or before thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; or a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
