NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 1, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Lot 22, Block 7010, West Cape Estates, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 75, Pages 74 through 76, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Commonly Known As: 916 W. Cape Estates Circle, Cape Coral, FL 33993
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Lee County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 22CC000404, WEST CAPE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., Plaintiff vs. ANTHONY MOULDER, GRETTEL MOULDER, Defendants.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
