NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, wherein REGIONS BANK, D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff that the Lee County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at the www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of February, 2023, at 9:00 AM., in accordance with Sec. 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
Begin at the Northwest Corner of Section 8, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, thence North along the section line between Sections 5 and 6, same Township, 116 feet to a point on the former Right-of-way line of Pondella Road, said point begin 33 feet South of the center line of said road; thence run Easterly along said Right-of-way line for 1306.8 feet; thence southward at
an angle of 90 degrees to a center line of Pondella Road 1264 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 9, Block B, Patteson Gardens Subdivision, the Point of Beginning; thence Easterly 140 feet on a course parallel to the center line of Pondella Road to the West Right-of-Way line of Patteson Road; thence southward along said Patteson Road at an angle of 90 degrees to the preceeding course 26.70 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 50 feet (Central angle 60 Degrees) for 52.36 feet; thence Westerly 115 feet on a course parallel to the center line of Pondella Road; thence northward on a line 70 feet on a course parallel to Patteson Road to the Point of Beginning. Being also known as Lot 19, Block B of the unrecorded plat of Patteson Gardens.
