DURBON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE L. DURBON; SUNTRUST BANK; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 14, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
