NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 501 of Phase II of MAGNOLIA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM II, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 5477, Pages 434-497, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3510 Magnolia Ridge Circle, #501, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 8, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
