Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, both entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 20-005080-CO, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 207 OF IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM IX, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4249, PAGE 1180 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on December 8, 2022. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
