NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of October 2022, and entered in Case No. 22000024CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein VILLAGE CAPITAL & INVESTMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and LINDSAY M. JOHNSON UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANK C. KUNNEN JR. ADAM JOHNSON ROBERT L. SUTTON; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of December 2022 at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 2, NORTH MIDWAY SUBDIVISION NO. 1, A SUBDIVIDES ACCORDING TO DE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 82, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
