NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure signed on November 1, 2022 and docketed November 2, 2022 in Civil Case Number 2021CA000142000000 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein TRINITY FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and SAURABH PATHAK, POONAM PATHAK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF POONAM PATHAK, and POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, the Polk County Clerk of Courts & Country Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at the following website: www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST on January 30, 2023 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Polk County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
