NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020-CA-007759-O of the Circuit Court of the CURRY Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and MARY K. MACARTHUR AKA MARY KATHRYN MACARTHUR, et al., are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court of Orange County will sell to the highest bidder for cash at CURRY, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 12th day of December, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 69, OF LAUREL SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
