NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-000443ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial
Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Michael Wayne Baker A/K/A Michael Baker A/K/A Michael W. Baker; Janice Thomas Baker a/k/a Janice Baker a/k/a Janice Thomas-Baker; Ashley Pines Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, BLOCK 1, ASHLEY PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 88 THROUGH 96, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
