NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2022, and entered in Case No. 51-2022-CA-001072 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee of CSMC 2019-RPL7 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Betty S. Hennick a/k/a Betty Hennick, Linda K. Dillon, Byron K Dillon, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Kaitlynn Tyo, Unknown Party #2 N/K/A George Makkas, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the December 6, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 36, GROVE PARK UNIT NO. 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
