NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien dated May 25, 2022 and recorded May 31, 2022, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2022091715 and that Claim of Lien dated August 19, 2022 and recorded August 24, 2022 in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida as Instrument Number 2022139186, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at CALINI BEACH CLUB RESORT Manager's Office, 1030 Seaside Drive, Sarasota, FL 34242 on the 2nd day of DECEMBER, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
