Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2022 CA 001463 NC on November 8, 2022 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1E of Crescent Royale, Unit 3, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 960, Page 1575 and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 5, Pages 30, 30A and 30B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
Said property, having a street address of 777 Beach Road, Unit 1E Sarasota, FL 34242, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on December 15, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
