NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2022, and entered in Case No. 29-2021-CA-009134 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and Charles M. Kelly, Unifund CCR LLC, Cathy K. Maes-Kelly, Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, Avery Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the December 5, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, AVERY OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 92, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
