NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the November 8, 2022, in County Action 22-CA-2546 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which SHADOW LAKES AT LEHIGH ACRES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY MAUZY IS the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00am., on the 8th day of December, 2022, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 185, SHADOW LAKES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Instrument No.: 2006000171800, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
