Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 22-1601-CO-041, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit 7, BLUE JAY ESTATES, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the commn elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium filed 12-28-76 and recorded in Official Records Book 4493, Page 508 through 582, inclusive; amended in O.R. Book 4675, Page 272; O.R. Book 4681, Page 1064, O.R. Book 4695, Page 1033, O.R. Book 4695, Page 1031 and O.R. Book 5216, Page 733 and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Pages 78 through 82, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Inclusive of a 1978 Jacobson Manufactured Home, Double-Wide, Identification Numbers 314996A and 314996B.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on DECEMBER 15, 2022. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
