NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 22-001257-CO-039, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the following property situated in the county, described as:

Book 3614, Page 257, as Clerk's Instrument Number 71097145, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, including all of its exhibits, recorded in O.R. Book 3382, Page 341, as Clerk's Instrument Number 70080438, as modified by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 3614, Page 257, as Clerk's Instrument Number 71097145, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2022. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
