NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2022 and entered in Case No. 22-003297-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo, is the Plaintiff and Jean Rousselle, Primrose Construction Services, LLC is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 14, 2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
