NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-006130-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and David G. Sailors a/k/a David Sailors a/k/a David Gene Sailors; Elsa Sailors a/k/a Elsa Gonsales Sailors; Pinellas County, Clerk of Courts; any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, BARRINGTON OAKS WEST, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 72 AND 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
