Erickson, Stanley Howe , Marilyn P. Howe , , Flamingo Cay Apartments Association, Inc., Marilyn P. Howe, As Trustee for Howe Trust II u/a/d 7/27/88, United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the October 20, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
