NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2016CA002139 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee of Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust I is the Plaintiff and Gregory S. White A/K/A Gregory White; Brandi W. White A/K/A Brandi White A/K/A Brandi Watson White; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; UNKNOWN TENANT whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of October, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK B, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF GIBSONIA MANOR, DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN WEST 678 FEET AND NORTH 545 FEET FOR THE POINT BEGINNING, RUN THENCE NORTH 90 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST 160 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 90 FEET, THENCE WEST 160 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
