NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2022, entered in Case No. 2022-CA-000582 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein TERRIE PELTIER is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES and ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE SINES, f/k/a CHRISTINE ROBERTS, DECEASED, GARY ALAN SINES, ROBERT C. CARY, DANIEL J ROBERTS, and CHRISTINA HELENE LEWIS a/k/a CHRISTINA HELENE THIGPEN and ZONA LONG BAIL BONDS, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforclose.com , the Clerk's website for on-line auction at 10:00 a.m. on the 24 th day of October, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
