NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2022 and entered in Case No. 22-000279-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo, is the Plaintiff and AFC- West 8040 ulmerton road Largo Florida LANDCO, LLC, A Florida limited liability company, MCG- FR1, LLLP is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 27, 2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
A portion of Tract 2 in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, PINELLAS GROVES, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: From the Northeast corner of Section 12, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, run N. 88°49'10' W., along the North line of said Section 12, 989.70 feet; thence S. 00°06'40' E., 72.02 feet to the South right-of-way line of Ulmerton Road for a Point of Beginning, thence S. 89°49'10' E., 102.02 feet along said right-of-way line to the West right-of-way line of Cumberland Drive; thence S. 00°06'40' East 297.70 feet along Cumberland Park, as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence S. 89°53'20' W. 102.00 feet along the North line of said Lot 1, Block 1, to the West line of Tract 2, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, thence N. 00°06'40'VV., 300.00 feet along said West line to the Point of Beginning.
