NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 192 of LAKE HIGHLANDER R.O. ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. With the following street address: 1500 County Road #1, Lot 192, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate #192 for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to their ownership of the Membership Certificate and their acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement.
Together with a doublewide mobile home with Title #11482716 & 11482717 permanently attached.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 17, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
