NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2022, and entered in Case No. 18-003810-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Mortgage Assets Management LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Miguel Muriel, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Myrta E. Muriel, deceased, Catherine Santiago Muriel a/k/a Catherine S. Muriel a/k/a Catherine Santiago f/k/a Catherine Mendoza, Eddie Muriel, Evelyn Muriel f/k/a Evelyn Muriel Gonzalez, Fernando Luis Muriel a/k/a Fernando L. Muriel, Ileane Muriel f/k/a Ileane Leon, Jacqueline Santiago Muriel a/k/a Jacqueline Santiago, Johanna Guitard, Myrta E. Santiago, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Xiomara G. Guitard, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 25, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 51 FEET OF LOT 12 AND THE NORTH 27 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 1, EDENWOOD, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
