NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 31st day of August 2022, in Case No. 19-CA-010491, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MORRIS H. ADKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MORRIS H. ADKINS; THE VILLAGES AT CYPRESS CREEK MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; LAPALOMA VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.
