NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 20-CA-002246 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARY BELLAMY AKA MARY MADGLENE BELLAMY, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of November, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 14, IN BLOCK 14 OF DELRIO ESTATES, UNIT 3, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34 ON PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
