NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated November 16, 2020, and entered in Case Number: 2019-CA-006802-CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MARK G. SIKORSKI and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A STEPHANIE GARCIA, are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 25th day of October, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
