Book 7019, Page 2089, and any and all amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 103, Pages 46 through 50, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 104, Pages 2 through 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
