NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 23, 2022 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of November, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:

That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 1101, and un undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Farrell Park Condominium I, a Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 7019, Page 2089, and any and all amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 103, Pages 46 through 50, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 104, Pages 2 through 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
