NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 10, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 11-009659-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and DESMOND F. BALLARD; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KALOTTA WILLIAMS, are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on November 16, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
