NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the October 12, 2022 Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of October, 2022, and entered in Case No. 19-004082-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 COTTAGE-TT-V is the Plaintiff and KEVIN SCOTT MICKLE, JR. and KIRA ANN LABERENZ are Defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder electronically for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclosure.com at 10:00AM on the 5th day of January 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, OLDSMAR COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE(S) 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
