Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 22-002133-CO, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of UNIT 1521 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4913, Pages 1436 through 1502, inclusive, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 36, Pages 88 through 105, inclusive, together with additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on NOVEMBER 10, 2022. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
